Wieża widokowa
Piękna panorama Sudetów Zachodnich i historia obrony przez mieszkańców zabytkowych dzwonów przed wywiezieniem.
Radomierz w XVI w. stał się własnością rodu Schaffgotschów. W 1609 roku Bernard von Schaffgotsch rozbudował i upiększył kościół pochodzący z 1309 roku.

Observation Tower
A beautiful panorama of the Western Sudetes and the story of the residents
defending the historic bells from being taken away.
In the 16th century, Radomierz became the property of the Schaffgotsch
family. In 1609, Bernard von Schaffgotsch expanded and beautified the
church dating back to 1309. The tower is a remnant of that church.
The Schaffgotsch family funded three bells located in the tower – in 1576,
1595, and 1612. The largest bell bears the inscription „Bernard von
Schaffgotsch 1612.” Until 1849, the church building was attached to the
tower.
Later, when an Evangelical church was already standing in Radomierz, the
old church was dismantled (legends also speak of it being burned down).
Since then, to this day, the tower serves as a bell tower and, after
renovation, also as an observation point. Here, you can find a moment of
tranquility with a touch of history and nature in the background. From the
observation gallery, you can admire the spectacular panorama of the peaks
of the Western Sudetes and the Bóbr Valley stretching at their feet.
Radomierz almost lost its historic bells. Thanks to the quick awareness and
courage of the local population, the bells were successfully defended from
being taken away. The residents rushed from their homes and fields, armed
with their work tools, and thwarted the attempt to dismantle the bells. The
roof of the tower had already been dismantled, a crane was in place, and
representatives of the then-authorities were present under the protection of
the militia.
After preventing the removal of the bells, a temporary roof was installed
on the tower, and during the renovation, the roof was restored according to
its original design.
